MODREK offers three subscription levels:
- Free Package: Limited access to basic features and content.
- Achiever Package (Paid): Access to advanced tools, enhanced analytics, and real-time data.
- Pioneer Package (Paid): Comprehensive access, including all features, AI-driven insights, and premium educational content.
Billing and Payment
- Fees and Charges: Subscription fees for paid packages are listed on the Pricing page. Prices are subject to change with prior notice to subscribers.
- Payment Terms: Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
All fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes. If any taxes are payable, you are responsible for the payment of these taxes in compliance with Saudi tax regulations.
Grant of License and Scope of Use

If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, with the arbitration to take place in Riyadh.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MODREK regarding your use of the Services.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a Saudi court, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
- Waiver: MODREK’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
